We designed and launched a Digital Whiteboard to streamline the adoption of Care Pathways (CPs) — evidence-based clinical guidelines aimed at improving patient outcomes and clinician efficiency. The platform consolidates fragmented information into a centralized, real-time interface that supports clinicians at the point of care, during shift starts, rounding, and clinical meetings. By offering a one-stop overview and seamless tracking of Care Pathway adoption, the tool not only saved clinicians 5–9 hours per week but also enhanced workflow efficiency, patient satisfaction, and operational differentiation.
