To drive deeper engagement across all customer segments, DIRECTV is focused on increasing mobile usage by both current and new customers. The primary goals are to raise frequency and duration of use, boost app downloads, and create stickier experiences across devices. A key part of the strategy is capitalizing on the power of short-form video to meet evolving content consumption habits and ensure DIRECTV remains relevant and competitive in a rapidly shifting media landscape.
